Clinics On Cloud, a health technology company based in Pune, India, raised a Series A round of about $12.5m (₹120 crore), it announced on 2 November 2026. The money came from Dubai-based investors through Model42, according to Entrackr.
Inc42 described Model42 as the medtech-focused investment arm of UAE-based Enlightened Minds Investments. It reported that the round values the company at ₹600 crore, or about $63.3m. Entrackr, which relied on the company's press release, did not report a valuation, so that figure rests on one source.
The company said it will use the capital to strengthen its AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and grow its network of connected microclinics.

What Clinics On Cloud does
Clinics On Cloud develops what it calls technology-enabled healthcare infrastructure focused on preventive care. Its products are Health ATMs, portable box clinics and mobile medical units, which combine health screening, AI-generated insights and telemedicine. Inc42 reported that hospitals and government agencies use them to set up temporary microclinics.
The company was founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal, who is chief executive, and Manashrri Agarwal, according to Inc42. Entrackr named Abhay Agarwal as the founder.
The company told the press it has made more than 3,500 deployments and carried out more than 12 million health screenings. Entrackr put its reach at eight countries. Inc42 gave a breakdown of 200 Indian cities and seven other countries, and said the company serves the Indian Army, Navy and Border Security Force. These are company figures and the sources did not verify them.
What the money is for
International expansion is a central part of the plan. The company said the UAE will be its global hub, and that it will explore opportunities in Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia. It also plans to form partnerships with healthcare providers and technology companies.
Inc42 added that the funding will go toward manufacturing capacity and a wider microclinic ecosystem, alongside the AI and research work mentioned in Entrackr's report.
Neither outlet reported the company's revenue, headcount or earlier funding, and neither named other investors in the round.
The founder's pitch
Abhay Agarwal said the company's core belief, after eight years of building it, is that "quality healthcare should never depend on someone's PIN code", as quoted by Indian Pharma Post. He said the investment gives the company the chance to take that vision global, adding that "the real opportunity is making these innovations accessible to people, wherever they are."
BioSpectrum India and Indian Pharma Post, both of which carried the press release, said the company wants to work with global healthcare innovators to bring emerging AI applications and advanced screening technologies into its platform, taking them beyond traditional healthcare settings. It also plans strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies and organisations that want to set up connected microclinics in other markets.
The reports describe the model as a connected microclinic ecosystem that brings preventive healthcare closer to communities, rather than relying on hospitals alone.
The announcement makes Model42, which backs medical technology companies, the sole named investor in the round. Further details on how the funds will be split between research, manufacturing and the UAE hub were not given.
