CyberKord, a Milan start-up building AI that handles IT and cybersecurity incidents from start to finish, has raised a €2.7m (about $3m) pre-seed round led by 360 Capital, according to Tech.eu and StartupBusiness, which reported the round on 3 November 2026.

Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento, the venture vehicle of Exor, also invested. CyberKord's website lists all four as backers and says the investment from 360 Capital came through its 360 Digitaly fund. The company has not published its own release on the round, and the valuation was not disclosed.

“Companies add infrastructure, software and AI agents every week, and operational work grows faster than any team.”Alessandro Maggio, co-founder and CEO, CyberKord (to Tech.eu)

What CyberKord does

CyberKord's software starts from a security alert, a support ticket or a message in Teams or Slack. It then works out the root cause using a digital twin, a software copy of the customer's IT estate, simulates a fix and applies it through the cloud and on-premises tools the customer already uses.

Customers set how much the system can do without human approval, and every action is logged and can be reviewed, according to Tech.eu. The company's website says it takes in alerts from endpoint detection, security monitoring and ticketing tools, filters them down to findings that can actually be exploited and tests containment steps on a copy before acting.

Co-founder and chief executive Alessandro Maggio told Tech.eu that companies add infrastructure, software and AI agents every week, and that operational work grows faster than any team can keep up with.

Who is behind it

CyberKord was founded in Milan in 2026 by Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli. It has not disclosed its headcount, revenue or customers.

Francesco Zambelli of 360 Capital told StartupBusiness that the firm saw CyberKord not as another security tool but as a platform that integrates existing tools, and that it had decided to back a team with strong technical skills and an ambitious vision.

Vento, Exor's venture vehicle, invested alongside Plus Partners and Addendum Capital, with 360 Capital leading the round. Tech.eu and StartupBusiness both reported the €2.7m figure. CyberKord's own website confirms the investors but does not state the amount or the stage of the round.

What the money is for

The company said it will use the money to develop its platform, run its first pilots with large European companies in manufacturing, technology, healthcare and telecoms, and hire technical and sales staff.

Maggio told StartupBusiness that the company had built an AI that carries out that operational work independently, from start to finish. Its pitch is that the system goes beyond diagnosing a problem and also carries out the fix, under limits that the customer sets.

The company's website describes its approach as keeping only the findings that can be exploited and testing containment on a copy of the systems before acting on the real ones, so that changes can be checked before they reach production.
