PowerUp Money, a Bengaluru start-up that gives mutual fund and wealth advice through an app, has raised $10m in a round led by Flourish Ventures. The company announced the round on 3 November 2026.

Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC also took part. The company did not give the round a series name or disclose a valuation.

It follows a $12m Series A led by Peak XV in December 2025, according to Entrackr.

What PowerUp Money does

PowerUp Money describes itself as a SEBI-registered mutual fund advisory platform. It says more than 1.5 million users track mutual fund portfolios worth more than ₹2.5 lakh crore on its app.

Its main paid product, PowerUp Elite, is a subscription for mutual fund advice that the company says gained more than 100,000 paying members in about a year. A newer service, Elite Prime, offers AI-based help with asset allocation, monthly and lump-sum investment plans, rebalancing and withdrawal plans, along with an AI wealth coach.

The company also runs Infinite, a managed wealth advisory service open to a limited group of customers. It said Infinite reached nearly ₹500 crore in assets under management in about nine months.

The company presents Elite Prime as a digital wealth service and Infinite as a more hands-on offering, with advisers managing larger portfolios. Infinite has been open only to a limited group of customers so far, and the company said it will now scale the service.

Who is behind it

PowerUp Money was founded in 2025 by chief executive Prateek Jindal, according to the company and Entrackr. Jindal said the company started by making good investment advice available to every Indian, and that Infinite was a natural extension of that mission.

Ravi Kaushik, executive director and head of Asia at Flourish Ventures, said the next step was helping millions of investors manage their wealth as their financial lives become more complex.

Most of the round came from investors that already backed the company. Peak XV Partners, which led the December 2025 Series A, invested again, along with Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC. Flourish Ventures is the only new investor named in the announcement.

What the money is for

The company said it will use the money to build what it calls an AI-powered wealth manager and to scale Infinite. Entrackr reported that the funds will also go to wider advisory products.

PowerUp Money has not disclosed its revenue, headcount or the total it has raised in the sources reviewed for this article.

The release was issued from Bengaluru and republished by Press Network of India, and Entrackr reported the round the same morning. Neither source gave figures for PowerUp Money's revenue or for the fees it charges for its advice products, and Flourish Ventures had not listed the investment on its own news page.
