Krungsri Finnovate, the corporate venture capital arm of Thailand's Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya), has made a strategic investment in Amity, an enterprise AI group founded in Thailand. Krungsri announced the deal in Bangkok on 2 November 2026.
The investment extends Amity's Series D round, which the companies put at more than $100m. Neither side disclosed how much Krungsri invested or the valuation. The money came through Finnoventure Private Equity Trust I, a trust managed by Krungsri Finnovate.
According to Krungsri, EDBI, the investment arm of Singapore's SG Growth Capital, led the Series D. Asia Partners and SMDV co-led it, and other investors including CMLIM Capital took part. Amity first announced the $100m round in March 2026.

What Amity does
Amity says it acquires, operates and builds vertical AI platforms and models, mainly for retail and customer communications. Its website lists business units including Egg AI, EGG Digital, Avant AI, Tollring, Amity Solutions and Amity Accentix, and gives 2012 as its founding year.
Krungsri's release said Amity has more than 10 million monthly active users across more than 20,000 organisations worldwide. It also works with more than 100 business partners in retail, food and beverage, fashion and hospitality, and serves tens of thousands of small businesses.
When it announced the Series D in March, Amity said its annualised revenue passed $100m in 2025, more than ten times its 2022 level. It also said its European business units generated more than 75% of its 2025 EBITDA.
Why Krungsri invested
Palida Artispong, acting managing director and head of portfolio growth at Krungsri Finnovate, said Amity stood out because it applies AI in working businesses, and that the company had room to grow both technically and commercially.
Amity's founder and executive chairman, Korawad Chearavanont, said backing from one of Thailand's main financial institutions confirmed the momentum behind the Series D extension. He added that the partnership rests on a shared commitment to Thailand's digital future.
The two companies will start with a preliminary data partnership through EGG Digital, Amity's subsidiary for AI-driven big-data analytics, integrated media and marketing services. They plan to use it to offer more personalised lifestyle and business tools, and they will look for other joint commercial projects.
The funding so far
Amity raised $60m in a Series C announced in 2024, according to its Series D release. TNGlobal reported that the March 2026 round took its total funding to $160m. Krungsri's investment adds to that total by an amount that has not been made public.
In March, Amity said it would use the Series D money to develop vertical and agentic AI, expand in Southeast Asia and Europe, grow its AI Research & Application Center in Singapore and make acquisitions during 2026. It set targets of more than $200m in annualised revenue for 2026 and a stock market listing in 2027.
Krungsri's release said a possible IPO is still part of Amity's long-term plans. Neither company said how the new money from the extension will be used.
