What AuxoAI does
AuxoAI calls itself a forward-deployed AI company. Instead of selling software and leaving clients to adopt it, it sends its own engineers to work inside client companies and build AI agents and workflows for them, using a workbench it calls Damia. Its teams pair forward-deployed strategists with engineers, who work alongside a client's staff to learn how work is actually done, capture the company's context and build AI systems that go into production.
Founded in 2023, the company says it has more than 40 clients in manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecoms and other industries. It named the healthcare software company Athenahealth and the restaurant chain Fogo de Chao as customers. Athenahealth's chief marketing officer, Stacy Simpson, said in the announcement that AuxoAI had helped her teams adopt new ways of working by building AI capabilities and agents, and that the work had shortened the time from campaign strategy to launch and removed many hours of manual review. Michael Breed, Fogo de Chao's chief marketing officer, said Damia's synthetic consumer personas had helped the chain make faster decisions on marketing, menu design and pricing.
AuxoAI is a Google Gemini Enterprise partner and an advanced-tier partner of Amazon Web Services. Earlier in 2026 it was named one of the AI partners in Google's Gemini Enterprise transformation program, which is backed by a $750m Google Cloud partner fund announced in April, according to Tech Funding News.
Who invested
NTTVC is a Silicon Valley venture firm formed in partnership with the Japanese telecoms group NTT; Tech Funding News noted that it is also an investor in Anthropic. Its founding partner, Vab Goel, who according to Tech Funding News set up the firm in 2019 after 19 years as a partner at Norwest Venture Partners, said he believed the founders could build an enduring leader in AI services.
Still, the Norwest partner emeritus and a longtime Workday board member, said he had spent much of his career working with founders of enterprise software companies such as PeopleSoft, Workday and Rackspace. He said the company had a clear ambition to build something different at the meeting point of AI, technology and services. Sonnino was previously chief operating officer of QuantumBlack North America, the company said.
The company was co-founded by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh.
What the money is for
AuxoAI said it will use the money to hire more forward-deployed staff around the world, invest in its own technology and widen its partner network.
The model it follows has become popular with AI startups and investors, who see large companies struggling to turn AI pilots into working systems. Tech Funding News pointed to Distyl AI, which raised $175m at a $1.8bn valuation in September 2025, and Arrakis, which raised a $30m Series A in July 2026, as companies working in the same space.
AuxoAI has not disclosed its headcount or revenue.
