Duvo, an enterprise AI company co-founded by Rohlik Group founder Tomáš Čupr, has raised a $32m Series A, it announced on 14 October 2026. CzechCrunch put the round at about 700m Czech koruna.

Balderton Capital led the round, with existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures also taking part. The round brings Duvo's total funding to $48m. The company does not disclose its valuation, CzechCrunch reported.

The Series A comes about ten months after a $15m seed round led by Index Ventures, which was announced in December 2025.

“For a while I measured AI in heads, counting how many people an agent could replace. It's the wrong unit.”Tomáš Čupr, Co-founder and CEO, Duvo

What Duvo does

Duvo calls its product an Enterprise Execution OS: a platform where people and AI agents run governed business processes across the systems a company already uses, including ERPs, supplier portals, spreadsheets and inboxes. Agents use APIs where they exist and work through standard screens where they do not.

A tool called Duvo Clarity first maps how work is actually done, drawing on AI-led discovery interviews, screen recordings and documents. The company says a first process can go live within weeks. The platform can run on different AI models, including open-weight models on dedicated GPUs or a company's own cloud or on-premises models, and it holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications.

Čupr told Tech.eu that Duvo is not trying to replace the underlying systems its customers run.

Customers

Customers include Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Boden, Notino and Allegro. At Notino, Duvo says the quarterly reconciliation of supplier bonuses, worth about $45m a year according to Tech.eu, fell from 70 days to 15, and specialist time per cycle dropped from about 120 hours to fewer than 10. The company claims more than $100m in annualised impact for its clients.

Rob Moffat, a partner at Balderton Capital, said Duvo's clients do not need more AI pilots but operations that actually change.

What the money is for

Duvo said most of the money will go to sales, marketing and partnerships as it expands into the US, starting with retailers and consumer goods companies. US customers can buy through Azure Marketplace. Tech.eu reported that the company is also exploring Asia and building ties with consulting firms; Deloitte Central Europe already has an alliance with Duvo.

Michael Green, who joins from Databricks and was previously a senior vice president at Salesforce, has been hired as chief commercial officer, and Spencer Insolia, a former president of Kmart and managing director at Accenture, is managing director for the US. Christoph Schwaiger, former chief executive of ALDI SÜD Holding, is a senior adviser.

The funding so far

Duvo was founded in 2025 by Čupr with Marek Paris and Martin Pecha, according to CzechCrunch. A pre-seed of about $1.5m, with Credo Ventures among the investors, preceded the $15m seed, which also included Puzzle Ventures and angel investors.

The team has grown from 15 people at the time of the seed to almost 60, according to the company and CzechCrunch, while Tech.eu put the figure at about 70.
