EliseAI, a New York company that sells AI software to apartment operators and healthcare providers, raised $350m in new funding at a valuation of $4bn, it announced on 29 September 2026.
Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the round. Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also took part. Bessemer partner Sameer Dholakia joined EliseAI's board as part of the financing, according to Ecosistema Startup.
The valuation compares with about $2.2bn at the company's Series E, which closed roughly 13 months earlier, according to Reuters as cited by HedgeCo and to Fortune as cited by AI Weekly. The company did not disclose how much it has raised in total.
What EliseAI does
EliseAI builds software that takes over routine work in residential buildings. Its LeasingAI product handles prospect management and AI-guided tours, while ResidentAI covers move-ins, maintenance requests, renewals and late payments. The company also sells a CRM, a voice product and lease-audit tools, and runs a separate line of products for healthcare practices, including scheduling and patient intake.
In a blog post announcing the round, the company said its software reaches 6.5m housing units, about one in five US multifamily apartments, and that 30m renters have interacted with it. Other coverage, citing the company, put the figure at one in six US apartments. EliseAI also said it had rebuilt the industry's CRM and trained in-house models for tasks such as predicting renewals.
The company claimed that operators using its products saw occupancy rise by about two points and residents become about seven points more likely to renew, with net operating income up as much as 20% in some cases. These figures were not independently verified.
Earlier in September the company launched Apollo, an AI tool that can carry out tasks across the Elise platform, according to Crypto Briefing and HedgeCo.
Revenue and growth
EliseAI said it passed $200m in annual recurring revenue in June 2026 and had doubled its revenue year over year for five years in a row. Crypto Briefing reported that the company had crossed $100m in annual recurring revenue in 2025.
The company was founded in 2017 by chief executive Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov, according to Crypto Briefing and Ecosistema Startup. It started in rental housing and moved into healthcare about four years ago. Bisnow reported in August 2025 that its headcount had grown from about 150 to more than 300 full-time staff between its Series D and Series E. The company did not give a current headcount.
What the money is for
EliseAI said it would spend the new capital on new products, on its engineering, deployment and sales teams, and on a second engineering hub in San Francisco alongside its New York headquarters. Teleborsa reported that the company will also expand teams at its North American offices.
In its blog post the company said the money would let it move faster and hire people to work on hard applied AI problems.
The funding so far
The round follows two large raises in consecutive years. In August 2024 EliseAI raised a $75m Series D led by Sapphire Ventures at a $1bn valuation, and in August 2025 it raised a $250m Series E led by Andreessen Horowitz, with Bessemer, Sapphire and Navitas taking part, according to Bisnow. That round valued the company at $2.2bn.
With the new round, two of those earlier backers, Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer, moved to co-lead, and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan joined the investor group.
