Enhans, a Seoul-based enterprise AI company, announced on 17 September 2026 that it had raised ₩51.2bn (about $38m) in a Series C round. The company called it its largest round to date.
Timefolio Asset Management, an existing shareholder, and Stonebridge Ventures, a new backer, co-led the round. The company said the new money brought its total funding to ₩81bn, or about $60m. No valuation was disclosed.
The round stood out for its strategic investors. POSCO Technology Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures, affiliates of three large Korean business groups, took stakes for the first time. Group companies of all three already run Enhans' technology in their operations, according to the company.

What Enhans does
Enhans sells AgentOS, a software layer meant to let AI agents carry out work inside large organisations. It uses an ontology, a structured map of a company's data and business rules, to pull together information held in systems such as SAP, ERP and CRM software. Agents can then use that structure to make decisions and complete tasks.
The company says AgentOS does not depend on any single AI model. It reports customers in manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defence and the public sector, though it did not give a customer count.
Enhans also builds ACT-2, an agent that operates websites and software through computer use, meaning it works through screens the way a person would. The company said ACT-2 ranked second worldwide on the automated Online-Mind2Web evaluation. Enhans is part of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program and the Microsoft AI Startup Alliance.
Who invested
Besides the two lead investors and the three strategic backers, IMM Investment and STIC Ventures joined as new institutional investors. Existing shareholders L&S Venture Capital, AOA Capital Partners, KT Investment and Hyundai Technology Investment invested again.
Youngdon Song, managing director at Stonebridge Ventures, said in the announcement that enterprise AI was moving from systems that only give answers to agents that do the work, and that Enhans had a product already tested by demanding customers.
Chief executive Seunghyun Lee linked the round to the company's customer relationships and to the idea that enterprises and governments should keep control of their own data. "Sovereign AI rests on the operating system as much as the model," he said.
What the money is for
Enhans said it would spend the funds on the data, process and execution infrastructure behind AgentOS, including tools to connect enterprise data, documents and domain knowledge.
It also plans to build Industry Packs, which bundle ready-made data structures and business rules for specific sectors, and to extend computer-use features across AgentOS. Other plans include stronger security and governance tools for regulated industries, international hiring of technical and business staff, and a wider network of overseas customers and partners.
The funding so far
Enhans raised a Series B in January 2025 and received a strategic investment from NAVER Ventures in April 2026, according to the company and Venture Square. Neither source gave the size of those rounds. The Series C takes total funding to ₩81bn (about $60m).
