InstaLILY, a New York company that builds AI agents for distributors and other physical-goods businesses, raised a $60m Series B on 14 July 2026. Energize Capital led the round.

Insight Partners increased its investment, and Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals joined as new strategic investors. Total funding is now nearly $100m, the company said. No valuation was disclosed.

“Lily turns that work into software, and it is running in days, not quarters.”Amit Shah, Founder and CEO, InstaLILY

What InstaLILY does

Alongside the round the company launched Lily, which it calls an AI forward deployed engineer. According to the company's release, Lily learns how a business operates, builds the software that work needs and goes live in days, then keeps adapting after launch.

InstaLILY was founded in 2023 by Amit Shah, its chief executive, and Sumantro Das. It is headquartered in New York with offices in San Francisco, London and Toronto. Headcount was not disclosed.

Customers and results

The company said its customers include SRS Distribution, which is part of the Home Depot family, United Rentals, ShipStation Global, PartsTown, Radwell International, Henry Schein, PartsSource and Kedrion Biopharma. It reported that revenue grew five-fold over the past year. StartupFortune noted these are company-disclosed figures.

InstaLILY also cited customer outcomes: a national distributor added more than $200m in new annual sales, a field service company cut diagnosis time from 15 minutes to under 10 seconds, and a logistics operator cut route planning from 15 minutes to 3. These results were supplied by the company.

Who invested

Eileen Waris, a principal at Energize Capital, said the firm was impressed by the company's customer traction and team. Tony Leopold, chief technology and strategy officer at United Rentals, said the company was excited to invest in InstaLILY's continued growth.

BuiltIn NYC reported in August 2025 that InstaLILY had raised a $25m Series A led by Insight Partners.

What the money is for

InstaLILY said it will use the funds to help Lily learn faster and take on more work, expand into new industries and grow the team. It will also keep building what it calls the Small Data Center, the infrastructure for running AI inside a business.

More customer claims

The company listed further results from its customers. An industrial supplier produced faster responses to requests for quotes, saving hundreds of thousands of hours a year. A field service company cut the cost of serving a call by 98%, and a services company reduced field representative training time by more than 60%.

Patrick Garcia, chief digital, AI and innovation officer at SRS Distribution, said enterprise AI can start falling behind the minute it goes live because the business never stops changing. InstaLILY presented Lily as the answer to that problem. Crissy Costa Behrens, a managing director at Insight Partners, said Lily changes how the business runs, not just how it is recorded.
