Jedify, a New York startup that builds context graphs for enterprise AI agents, raised a $24m Series A, announced on 10 June 2026. Norwest led the round, and Snowflake Ventures made a strategic investment.

Existing backers S Capital VC and Cerca Partners took part, and Oceans Ventures joined as a new investor. Assaf Harel, a Norwest partner, will join Jedify's board. SiliconANGLE and Ynet both reported total funding of more than $33m. No valuation was disclosed.

What Jedify does

Jedify argues that AI agents often fail in companies because they lack the business context behind the numbers: how metrics are defined, how records relate to each other and who is allowed to see what. Its product builds a customer-specific context graph on top of a company's existing data and knowledge systems.

The graph connects structured sources such as data warehouses, CRM and financial systems with unstructured material such as documents, playbooks, Slack threads and meeting recordings. The patent-pending technology is called Semantic Fusion, and the company says each interaction improves the graph over time.

Jedify describes its platform as model-agnostic, so customers are not tied to one AI provider. It is working with Snowflake to integrate with the Snowflake Cortex AI tools, including Semantic Views and Cortex Analyst.

The Weather Company's chief technology officer appeared in the announcement, but Ynet did not list it as a customer. The company did not disclose how many customers it has or the size of its team.

The leadership

Assaf Henkin is co-founder and chief executive. Ynet listed Erik Shani as chief product officer and Adi Elimelech as chief technology officer. Neither SiliconANGLE nor Ynet gave a headcount, a founding date, customer numbers or revenue.

Henkin said enterprise data is fragmented across systems, definitions, permissions and workflows, and that agents need deep business understanding to produce accurate answers. He said, "Jedify turns that fragmented knowledge into a live context graph that agents can use."

Who invested

Harel said Jedify is solving a foundational problem by autonomously fusing structured and unstructured data, and that its compounding value and model-agnostic approach give enterprises flexibility rather than lock-in. Harsha Kapre, head of Snowflake Ventures, said enterprises are increasingly looking for AI systems that can reason reliably across both structured and unstructured data.

Matthew Drooker, chief technology officer of The Weather Company, was quoted saying enterprise AI agents cannot reason accurately from stitched-together connectors and warehouses alone. Ynet did not say whether The Weather Company is a paying customer.

What the money is for and the funding so far

Jedify said it will spend the new capital on product development, expansion of its go-to-market effort and hiring.

The company raised an $8.5m seed round in September 2023, led by S Capital VC, according to both reports. Together with the $24m Series A, that accounts for about $32.5m, a little under the reported total of more than $33m; the reports did not itemise the difference.
