Lette, which builds AI agents for residential landlords and property managers, has raised a $6.5m seed round led by Peak. The company announced the round on 26 October 2026.
Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC and Adeline Arts & Science also invested, along with angels including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor. Pre-seed backers Lugus and Baseline are also investors. The company did not disclose a valuation.

What Lette does
Lette's agents handle leasing from the first enquiry to a signed lease, answer residents' questions, coordinate maintenance and flag missed rent. They talk to residents by email, WhatsApp, text, voice and Lette's own resident app, and work alongside property management systems such as Yardi and MRI.
The company says it supports more than 30,000 homes and that its agents handle more than 60% of resident support and maintenance requests without staff involvement. It says average leasing time has fallen from about two weeks to under four days, and that one build-to-rent operator added more than 1,000 homes without hiring more staff.
Customers include property firm JLL and large financial institutions in the UK and Ireland. Co-founder Jakub Rajek said housing is a human industry, and that Lette was started to automate repetitive work and give teams their time back.
John Coddington, head of residential for property management at JLL, said margins in residential property are under pressure and that clients expect buildings to be run as efficiently as possible. Sai said institutional operators in the UK and Ireland have never had a platform built around how their teams lease homes.
Lette's blog shows it announced integrations with MRI Software in February 2026 and with Yardi in May 2026.
Founders and funding
Lette was founded in March 2025 by chief executive Mohan Sai and chief product officer Jakub Rajek, both founding members of restaurant software company Nory, according to Tech Funding News. It has offices in Dublin and London.
The company announced a $1.4m pre-seed round in October 2025. Tech Funding News reported that the new round brings total funding to about $7.9m. Lette says its team grew sixfold in the past year but did not give a headcount.
Thijs Dijkman, a general partner at Peak, said the firm sees a clear opportunity to build an AI-native operating system for residential property in Europe.
Peak is represented by Dijkman, and Intercom's Des Traynor invested as an angel. Lette did not disclose revenue or name customers other than JLL.
What the money is for
Lette will use the money to build more for its existing property teams, grow its UK operation from a new London office and hire across product, engineering and customer operations. It plans to enter new European markets in 2027.
Sai told Tech Funding News that, because residents can now leave at two months' notice, every day a home sits empty is lost rent.
