McEasy, an Indonesian fleet and transportation management software company, raised a $9m Series B that combines equity and debt, TNGlobal reported on 6 August 2026. Singapore's Integra Partners led the equity portion. InnoVen Capital provided a growth debt facility.

The equity portion will fund longer-term AI development and the cost of entering new markets, while the InnoVen facility covers working capital for contracts that have already been signed, according to TNGlobal. The report did not give the split between equity and debt, and no valuation was disclosed.

“This funding allows us to move beyond simply recording data to being able to predict.”Raymond Sutjiono, Co-Founder and CEO, McEasy

What McEasy does

McEasy serves more than 2,000 fleet operators in cold chain, LPG distribution, cash-in-transit and inter-city bus services. The platform records about 350 million kilometres of commercial vehicle movement each month, according to TNGlobal. Radio Republik Indonesia reported similar figures.

It collects data from cameras, temperature probes, fuel sensors, door switches and GPS. Products include driver safety modules with risk scores and automated incident reconstruction, analytics on fuel theft and efficiency, and tracking of asset productivity. Camera-based driver monitoring is already deployed in customer vehicles.

TNGlobal said the equity raised in this round is meant to pay for AI development over a longer horizon, rather than for immediate operating costs, which the debt covers.

The company

McEasy was founded in 2017 by Raymond Sutjiono and Hendrik Ekowaluyo. Sutjiono is chief executive. Previous rounds were led by East Ventures and Granite Asia, TNGlobal said, and Radio Republik Indonesia reported that the two firms backed the seed and Series A rounds.

The sources did not give a headcount or the size of the earlier rounds.

Technology news site TNGlobal published the report on 6 August 2026, while Indonesian media returned to the story in mid-September when the minister cited it.

Who invested

InnoVen Capital is a venture and growth debt platform founded in 2015 as a joint venture between Seviora, a wholly owned Temasek subsidiary, and UOB. It operates in India, China and Southeast Asia, according to TNGlobal.

Jennifer Ho, a partner at Integra Partners, said McEasy's land-and-expand strategy has produced consistent growth, TNGlobal reported, and that a platform built for Indonesia's islands, connectivity gaps and margin-conscious customers can succeed in other markets.

What the money is for

McEasy plans to expand into other Southeast Asian markets and to deepen machine learning across its products. Sutjiono told Radio Republik Indonesia that the funding lets the company move from recording data to predicting, using nine years of vehicle data to build predictive models that help fleet operators anticipate problems.

Indonesia's creative economy minister, Teuku Riefky Harsya, cited McEasy in September 2026 as an example of a start-up taking Indonesian technology beyond the prototype stage, according to Radio Republik Indonesia.
