OneByZero, a Singapore-based company that deploys AI inside large regulated enterprises, has raised $20m in a Series A round led by Jungle Ventures. The round was announced on 5 October 2026 and is the company's first external funding.

No other investors were named, and the company did not disclose its valuation. OneByZero was founded in 2023, according to TechNode Global. It is led by chief executive and co-founder Niket Vaidya; Vibhore Kumar is co-founder and chief technology officer.

“OneByZero stood out because it is already doing what much of the enterprise AI market is still talking about.”Yash Sankrityayan, Managing Partner, Jungle Ventures

What OneByZero does

OneByZero calls itself a frontier AI deployment company. Rather than only selling software, it sends forward-deployed engineers to work with each customer from choosing a project through building it and running it afterwards. It sets up local teams in each market to handle local regulation, languages and technology systems.

Its customers are mainly large companies in financial services, telecommunications and retail, and TechNode Global reported that it builds on Amazon Web Services. The company works in nine markets: Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, the United States and Vietnam.

Its software has two parts. NEO is a deployment platform and control layer for enterprise AI, with reusable components and governance features such as records of the actions agents take; companies use it to set limits on what AI can do and where a person has to make the call. AI Coworkers are governed agents with defined roles and controls that work alongside staff.

Results so far

OneByZero says its revenue has more than doubled each year for the past three years. It also says its deployments have automated more than 90% of certain customer-facing interactions and made complex data modernisation work 50% faster. These are company figures; it did not disclose revenue or headcount.

The company has been working with enterprises for three years, and Vaidya said the value of AI comes when it runs inside a company's core systems under its own rules. Kumar said NEO was built so customers can decide what AI is allowed to do, where human judgement is needed and how each system is governed.

Who invested

Jungle Ventures led and anchored the round. Yash Sankrityayan, a managing partner at the firm, said OneByZero had spent three years putting AI into large, complex organisations with measurable results, and that this leaves it well placed as more enterprises in Asia Pacific and Japan move AI from experiments into their core operations.

What the money is for

OneByZero plans to grow its forward-deployed engineering teams and customer relationships across its nine markets and to open a local team in Japan. It also intends to move into conglomerates, healthcare and the public sector, and to keep developing NEO, AI Coworkers and templates for specific industries.

Part of the money will go towards tools that let enterprises build AI systems on open-weight and small language models.
