Wonderful, an enterprise AI agent platform, announced on 12 March 2026 that it had raised $150m in a Series B round led by Insight Partners. Existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer Venture Partners and Vine Ventures took part.
SiliconANGLE and Calcalist reported that the round values the company at $2bn. SiliconANGLE described Wonderful as Israel-based and said it was the third round the company had raised since launching the previous year.
“In 2026, enterprises will be deciding who to partner with to operationalize AI across their organizations, and those decisions will hinge on who can deliver deep integrations across complex infrastructures and tailor solutions to each organization's unique environment”Bar Winkler, CEO and Co-founder, Wonderful
A fast funding history
Calcalist reported that Wonderful raised a $34m seed round in July 2025 and a $100m Series A in November 2025, before the new Series B, and noted that the company had been founded only a year earlier, in 2025. Insight Partners' announcement said the company is backed by $286m in total; Calcalist said it had surpassed $280m.
Bar Winkler is chief executive and Roey Lalazar is chief technology officer. Calcalist reported that Winkler previously founded Approve.com, which was sold to Tipalti in 2021, and that Lalazar founded Kaps, an AI-based localisation platform.
What Wonderful does
SiliconANGLE explained that Wonderful sells a software platform that lets workers build AI agents with natural-language instructions, with a low-code editor for more advanced features. Customers can connect agents to outside services, set guardrails limiting what they may do, and test them in simulation before deployment. After launch, a dashboard tracks latency and business metrics such as the share of support requests answered correctly, and reasoning traces help with troubleshooting.
The company pairs the platform with what it calls locally embedded teams. According to the Insight Partners release, Wonderful builds co-located, forward-deployed teams in customer environments, which it says moves agents from pilot to full production in days or weeks rather than months. It said it has expanded to more than 30 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America in the eight months since leaving stealth, with deployments in telecom, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare.
What the money is for
Wonderful said the capital will fund its agentic platform and global expansion, and will let it scale headcount from 350 to about 900 by year-end to serve more enterprises with locally embedded deployment teams. SiliconANGLE put the hiring plan at 550 new employees.
Winkler said enterprises will be deciding in 2026 which partners can deliver deep integrations across complex infrastructure. He said over 70% of enterprises that start with a single use case expand into other workflows within the first three months. Wonderful also claims its agents have cut handling times by up to 60% and achieved containment rates above 80%; these are company figures and were not independently verified.
Jeff Horing, a managing director at Insight Partners, said Wonderful is establishing trust and deep partnerships inside complex enterprises at a critical moment for the market. The press release was datelined Amsterdam, and the sources did not state a city for Wonderful's headquarters.
