Yes Madam, an Indian platform that sends beauty and wellness professionals to customers' homes, raised ₹50 crore (about $5.2m) from Info Edge Growth Fund, the company said on 25 May 2026. It was the company's first institutional funding round.
The Press Trust of India, in a report carried by Devdiscourse, said the round values Yes Madam at ₹750 crore, or roughly $78m. Info Edge was the only investor named in the reports. The company had been bootstrapped until now, Business Today reported, citing the company.

What Yes Madam does
Inc42 reported that Yes Madam was founded in 2016 by Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya and Akanksha Vishnoi. It provides at-home salon and spa services for men and women, with waxing and facials as the main services. The company appeared on the television show Shark Tank India in 2024.
It operates through more than 12,000 partner professionals and is present in more than 55 cities. Inc42 said the company claims about 3 lakh bookings a month and more than 65 lakh bookings since it started, along with a net promoter score of 50% and customer retention of nearly 80%.
The company says it uses a low-commission model, under which partners earn an average of ₹25,000 a month, rising to ₹60,000 for top earners. It sells its own single-use products and shows service and product costs separately to customers. Revenue comes from service commissions, product sales and training fees, according to Inc42.
Financials
Yes Madam reported revenue of ₹195 crore in the 2025-26 financial year, up from ₹94 crore the year before and ₹45 crore in 2023-24, according to the Press Trust of India. Inc42 reported that the company expected EBITDA to grow 368% in 2025-26 from ₹2.6 crore, and that it made a profit of ₹1.8 crore in 2024-25. The founder gave those profit figures to Inc42 earlier. They are company claims, not audited figures.
Inc42 said the company is counting on higher sales of private-label products, including beauty devices that its service providers also use. It also plans to enter the Gulf Cooperation Council region and Southeast Asia.
What the money is for
The company said it will use the capital to expand into new Indian cities, upgrade its technology and strengthen its network of service partners. Business Today added that it also plans to improve the customer experience while keeping the business profitable.
Mayank Arya said his vision has always been to build a platform that customers can rely on for high-quality beauty and wellness services at home, while also solving the industry's problems.
Competition
Inc42 noted that Yes Madam was among the first companies in at-home salon services, but faces growing competition from Urban Company and from newer rivals including GetLook, Swagmee and GlamCode. It said BilluCare had entered the rapid-delivery end of the market, with services at 30 to 45 minutes' notice, and that Snabbit had recently announced an instant salon-at-home product.
The reports did not give a headcount or the share of the company Info Edge acquired.
