Bundle, a Dubai-based rewards startup built on blockchain technology, announced a $5.5m pre-seed round on 30 July 2026. Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures co-led the round.
Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital and Nuwa Capital also took part, according to Wamda and Vietnam Investment Review. Neither outlet reported a valuation, and none was disclosed.
Wamda reported that the company is targeting its first launches in Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines, and that the funding will also pay for product work and partnerships. The startup says its pooled model gives brands a way to run larger reward campaigns than they could on their own.

What Bundle does
Bundle lets brands pool their incentive budgets into shared reward funds. Customers earn Bundle tickets through actions such as purchases or referrals, and winners are paid out in stablecoins. Wamda reported that the company uses blockchain and stablecoins to make cross-border payouts.
The idea, according to the company, is that small and mid-sized brands gain access to larger prizes than they could fund alone. Robbie Nakarmi, a partner at Further Ventures, said Bundle gives brands of all sizes access to larger rewards to drive higher conversions.
Wamda reported that Bundle ran pilots across five markets with five companies. It said the pilots rewarded more than 1,100 winners with $100,000 in total prizes, the largest being $50,000, and that participating brands saw conversion uplifts of up to four times compared with traditional incentive campaigns. These figures come from the company and were not independently verified.
Participating brands fund the pools, and users who collect tickets are entered to win. Vietnam Investment Review described the model as brands pooling their incentive budgets so that rewards are larger than any single campaign could offer, with tickets earned through purchases or referrals.
Who is behind it
Wamda named Bader Al Kalooti as co-founder and chief executive and Mostafa Wanas as a co-founder. It described Bundle as having come out of stealth with the funding announcement. The articles do not give a founding year or headcount.
Al Kalooti said Bundle was built to level the playing field for smaller brands, according to Wamda.
Bundle's headquarters are in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. Vietnam Investment Review also described the company as UAE-based and said the funding announcement was made on 30 July.
Who invested
Wamda described Ethereal Ventures as founded by Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin. Min Teo, its managing partner, said the next wave of blockchain businesses like Bundle will drive mainstream consumer applications.
The other participants include crypto-focused investors and Anchorage Digital, a digital-asset firm. Their cheque sizes were not disclosed.
Vietnam Investment Review also quoted Min Teo and Robbie Nakarmi on the round. Further Ventures' Nakarmi pointed to Bundle's expansion across Asia and beyond as the reason for backing it.
What the money is for
Bundle will use the funds for product development, strategic partnerships and expanding to more markets. It is launching first in Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines, where Wamda and Vietnam Investment Review report that more than 50 founding brands have already joined.
Neither outlet reported a funding timeline or revenue figures.
