Flextock, an Egypt-based e-commerce enablement company, raised a $12.6m Series A round, announced on 17 February 2026.

TLcom Capital led the round. Conjunction Capital and Capria Ventures are new investors. Existing backers Access Bridge Ventures, Foundation Ventures, BY Venture Partners, JIMCO, Alter Global and MSA Capital also took part. No valuation was disclosed.

The company said it will use the money to expand its operational infrastructure in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, develop its technology platform and speed up merchant acquisition.

Co-founder Mohamed Mossaad said merchants do not need more separate tools but an operating system designed for growth, according to Launchbase Africa. It reported that the money will go towards recruiting merchants, adding fulfilment centres and refining the product suite, especially the Flexcash financing arm.

What Flextock does

Flextock was founded in 2021 by Mohamed Mossaad and Enas Siam. It sells online merchants a bundle of services that includes fulfilment, delivery aggregation, cross-border enablement, access to sales channels and embedded financing.

Each service has its own product name. Flextock handles fulfilment and inventory management, Flexship aggregates last-mile delivery, Flexborders supports cross-border trade, Flexshops gives merchants access to marketplaces, and Flexcash provides merchant financing.

The company's website describes it as a fulfilment and logistics company operating in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. Launchbase Africa described a single dashboard covering fulfilment, carrier aggregation, cross-border trade and financing. Neither report names a headquarters city or gives a merchant count or headcount.

Funding history

Wamda reported that Flextock raised a $3.25m pre-seed round in 2021 from Foundation Ventures, Jameel Investment Management Company and Bridge Ventures, along with undisclosed angel investors from the Gulf. The Series A is its first announced round since then. The sources do not state a total funding figure.

Foundation Ventures appears in both the pre-seed and the Series A investor lists.

Mobola da Silva, an investment partner at Capria Ventures, said unreliable deliveries and limited working capital have kept millions of small businesses out of e-commerce, according to Launchbase Africa. The outlet also said TLcom backs companies that solve boring but essential problems, and described the round as TLcom's first move into the cross-border trade space in the Middle East and North Africa.

The market it serves

Daba Finance, whose report AllAfrica distributed, put the raise in the context of growing e-commerce demand across the Middle East and North Africa. It pointed to fragmented delivery networks and limited cash flow among merchants as problems that a combined fulfilment and financing offer tries to address.

Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 programme is pushing retail growth, according to the same report, which makes the kingdom a second market for an Egyptian company. Launchbase Africa cited projections of a $23.8bn Saudi e-commerce market by 2028 and an Egyptian digital economy of $11.5bn this year, and said small merchants in the Egypt-Saudi corridor face fragmented logistics and unreliable cash collection, with cash on delivery still common.

Daba Finance also flagged the challenge ahead: running operations in two countries while protecting margins is hard in a sector where unit economics are tight.
