Uncover, a São Paulo company that sells marketing mix modelling and media measurement software, raised a $16m Series A, announced on 2 June 2026. Cloud9 Capital led, with ABSeed Ventures and Endeavor taking part, according to LatAm List and LAVCA.

The company said the money will go to expanding in the United States, building out its platform and serving more enterprise customers. No valuation was disclosed.

What Uncover does

Marketing mix modelling estimates how much each advertising channel contributes to sales. Uncover offers it as a platform that measures, forecasts and optimises media spending, and integrates with Google, TikTok and Meta.

LatAm List reported that the company was founded in 2020, is already profitable and is a certified partner for Google's Meridian modelling framework. It operates in Brazil, Mexico, Canada and the United States, and says it has helped advertisers optimise more than $6bn of media spending. Named customers include Unilever, Burger King, Reckitt, Vivo and Bradesco.

Pulse 2 listed the leadership as co-chief executives Daniel and Matheus Guinezi and chief operating officer Gilberto Villar. The company did not disclose its headcount.

Who invested

Cloud9 Capital led the round. ABSeed Ventures and Endeavor also participated. The company also added three strategic investors who joined its board: Pedro Reiss, formerly chief executive of Wunderman Thompson Brazil, Celso Ribeiro, formerly chief executive of BR Media, and Guilherme Bressane, a former executive at Itaú and Google.

Rafael Serson, a partner at Cloud9 Capital, said, "Uncover has already proven product-market fit at scale."

The US push

Co-chief executive Daniel Guinezi said the company is ready to aggressively expand into the US. He framed the product as a response to a global problem: marketers need a clearer understanding of what is actually driving growth.

LatAm List said the company had raised a seed round in 2023 but the article body did not give its size, so no history entry is listed with an amount.

Where the money goes

Uncover said the US expansion is the main use of the round, alongside platform development and support for more enterprise customers. Its platform already runs in Canada and the United States as well as Brazil and Mexico, according to LatAm List and Pulse 2.

Its existing customer list is made up of large consumer and financial brands, and the company says it is certified to work with Google's open-source Meridian framework. Lexlatin and other trade outlets were not opened, so details such as the share of equity sold are not included. The sources opened did not report revenue, headcount or the size of the 2023 seed round.

Daniel Guinezi, the co-chief executive, said: "We built Uncover to solve a global problem: marketers need a clearer understanding of what is actually driving growth." LatAm List carried the quote, and Pulse 2 reported that he also said the company was ready to aggressively expand into the US.
