Vendelux, a New York company that sells event intelligence to business-to-business marketers, raised a $50m Series B announced on 8 July 2026. Tribeca Venture Partners led. S3, Pelion Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, FirstMark and Cervin Ventures took part. Total funding is $71m. No valuation was disclosed.

Vendelux said it will invest in AI and in products that bring marketers and event organisers closer together.

What Vendelux does

Vendelux describes itself as the intelligence layer connecting marketers, sales teams and event organisers. It tracks more than 250,000 global B2B events and helps companies identify where their buyers will be, who to meet and how to build relationships.

The company says more than 50,000 marketing professionals use the platform and that it has influenced over $5bn in event spend. Named customers are Ramp, Glean, Coupa, McKesson, WRITER, Deel, Intel and the United States Postal Service. These figures come from the company.

AlleyWatch reports that Vendelux was founded in 2021 by Alex Reynolds and Stefan Deeran. Reynolds is chief executive and co-founder. Neither source states a headcount.

What the executives and investors said

Reynolds said the strongest business relationships still form in person, and argued that AI's effect on marketing is making that human contact worth more.

Leo de Luna, a partner at Tribeca Venture Partners, said that as digital channels saturate and AI automates email and paid outreach, B2B go-to-market is swinging back to in-person. He described Vendelux as the only AI-native platform that pairs proprietary attendee intelligence with agents.

Tribeca's de Luna added that the platform pairs attendee intelligence with agents, which is the AI element the company says it will keep investing in. Reynolds' second remark, that authentic human connection is becoming more valuable, is the company's case for why in-person events will grow in importance to marketers.

The funding so far

The company's announcement says total funding is $71m. Vendelux did not give the sizes of its earlier rounds, so this article does not list them. Subtracting the Series B suggests about $21m was raised before, but that is arithmetic rather than a reported figure.

AlleyWatch listed the same investors and the same round size in its funding report.

Why events

Vendelux's argument is that in-person events are becoming more valuable to marketers precisely because digital channels are crowded. Its product is meant to help them decide which events are worth attending and to measure what they get from them.

The announcement also points to products linking marketers with event organisers, which would put Vendelux between the two sides of the market. The company has not published revenue, and its announcement does not say how much of the $50m will go to AI development rather than to the organiser products.

The company's page, marked as updated on 8 July 2026, describes the product as a way to find out where buyers will be, whom to meet and how to build relationships. It says the platform covers more than 250,000 global B2B events and that its users include teams at the named customers. AlleyWatch's daily funding report for 13 July 2026 also lists the round.
