Wishlink, an Indian creator-commerce platform, raised $17.5m in a Series B round announced on 24 February 2026. Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India led the round, and existing investors Fundamentum and Elevation Capital took part.
The company will use the money to grow its creator and brand network, invest in technology for shoppers and deepen collaboration between creators and brands, according to Vertex's announcement. No valuation was disclosed.
What Wishlink does
Wishlink runs a platform where consumers discover products and brands through social media creators. Brands get marketing tools across the buying funnel, and creators earn money from the sales they drive. Vertex calls it India's largest creator commerce platform, a claim that comes from the investor and the company.
The company says it works with more than 40,000 monthly active creators who produce more than 300,000 pieces of content each month. It also says it enables more than 6 million orders and more than ₹350 crore in monthly sales for partner brands and e-commerce platforms.
Wishlink was founded in 2022 by Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta and Chandan Yadav. Its website says the platform is run by Creatormon Private Limited, and offers creators personalised shop pages, an analytics dashboard and a tool that automates comment replies and sends product links by direct message.
The company website gives smaller figures than the investor announcement, citing a community of more than 15,000 creators and partnerships with over 250 brands. The sources did not explain the difference, which may reflect different definitions of an active or registered creator.
Financial performance
Entrackr reported that Wishlink's revenue from operations rose 356% to ₹53.80 crore in the financial year to March 2025, from ₹11.79 crore a year earlier. Losses were roughly flat at ₹18.79 crore, against ₹18.22 crore.
The figures come from Entrackr's reading of the company's filings, and the company did not discuss them in the Vertex announcement. The reports did not give a headcount.
Who invested
Nikhil Marwaha, a partner in investment at Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India, said in the announcement that Wishlink is well placed to capture the market with its technology-enabled platform. Vertex is an early-stage venture firm investing in Southeast Asia and India, based in Singapore.
Co-founder Shaurya Gupta said the company believes that building deep technology infrastructure will allow the creator ecosystem to scale sustainably.
Vertex belongs to the wider Vertex group, which also has affiliates in China, Israel, Japan and the United States.
The funding so far
Wishlink raised a $3m seed round in October 2022, led by Elevation Capital, according to Entrackr. In February 2024 it raised $7m from The Fundamentum Partnership Fund and Elevation Capital.
With this round, the disclosed funding adds up to $27.5m, though the sources did not state a total themselves and the headquarters city was not given.
