Xsight Labs, an Israeli fabless semiconductor company, raised more than $300m at a $2.8bn post-money valuation, announced on 30 July 2026. Fidelity Management & Research Company led the round, with new and existing investors participating.

According to Globes, the other investors were Aliya Capital Partners, Atreides Management, Artisan Partners, Battery Ventures, Diagonal Capital, Intel Capital, Key1 Capital, Maverick Capital, Sienna, T. Rowe Price, Union Group and Valor Equity Partners.

Globes, which is based in Israel, reported the company as managed from Kiryat Gat.

Xsight said the funds are meant to extend its roadmap, and that the E1 and X2 are the products already selected by network operators.

“This valuation is a testament to the team's relentless execution”Yossi Meyouhas, CEO, Xsight Labs

What Xsight Labs makes

Xsight designs chips that move data inside AI and cloud data centres. Its E1 is an 800G data processing unit, which the company describes as the first of its kind to ship. The X2 is a 12.8 Tbps Ethernet switch that customers can reprogram after deployment, according to the company's announcement as published by Pulse 2.0.

The company said multiple global network operators have selected the E1 and X2, that tier-1 hyperscalers are evaluating its silicon, and that it has design wins with service providers and equipment makers. It did not name those customers.

Globes reported that Xsight's processors were incorporated into SpaceX's new V3 satellite and that a joint trial was completed successfully about a week before the funding announcement.

The roadmap the funding will extend includes support for Ultra Ethernet Consortium standards, which Xsight named in its announcement.

The company

Xsight was founded in 2017 and its chief executive is Yossi Meyouhas. Globes reported that Avigdor Willenz, a serial entrepreneur, was one of its initial investors and is chairperson. Atreides Management, which joined the round, was described by Globes as one of SpaceX's first investors.

Neither report gave an employee count or the details of earlier rounds.

A valuation statement

Meyouhas said the valuation is a testament to the team's relentless execution and reflects the market need for a high-performance alternative to closed, legacy architectures.

The statement frames the round as a bet on open, programmable networking silicon competing with incumbent suppliers, although Xsight has not published revenue.

Pulse 2.0 reproduced the company's wording that the valuation reflects the need for an alternative to closed, legacy architectures. No customer revenue or order figures were included in the announcement, so the extent to which evaluations have become production orders is not yet public.

What the money is for

Xsight said the funds will accelerate its multi-generational switch and DPU roadmap, including support for Ultra Ethernet Consortium standards. It will also grow engineering and customer support teams in the United States, Israel, Europe and Asia, and scale manufacturing and supply chain operations.
