DailyObjects, a Gurugram-based brand that sells phone cases, bags and other lifestyle accessories, has raised ₹332 crore (about $34.3m) in a Series C round co-led by Xponentia Capital Partners, Anicut Capital and Axiom Asia Private Capital. Inc42 reported the deal on 8 October 2026.

The round combined new shares with the sale of existing ones and valued the company at about ₹1,050 crore (about $108.4m), according to Inc42 and T2 Online. The reports did not give the split between primary and secondary capital. The Rainmaker Group was the exclusive adviser.

Roots Ventures, an early backer, sold part of its holding at an 18x return on its initial investment but remains a shareholder, alongside 360 One Asset and Trifecta Capital.

“As we scale, capital efficiency and profitable growth will remain at the core of how we build”Pankaj Garg, Co-founder and CEO, DailyObjects

What DailyObjects sells

Pankaj Garg, now chief executive, and Saurav Adlakha, chief operating officer, started DailyObjects in 2012 as an online shop for smartphone and tablet accessories. The range now spans technology, carry and workspace products, from phone cases and watchbands to bags, wallets and wireless chargers.

The brand opened its first physical store, called Playground, in Gurugram in 2023. Inc42 reported that it now runs nine stores in large cities including Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.

What the money is for

DailyObjects plans to open 150 exclusive brand outlets across India over the next five years. It will also invest in in-house design and R&D and in brand building, and it is studying international markets. The company said that work is still at the research and exploration stage, with more concrete moves possible from the next financial year.

Garg said the company sees the round as capital to build a ₹1,000 crore (about $103m) business over the coming years. Adlakha said the money would let the company deepen its design and R&D capabilities.

Investors pointed to the brand's discipline. Anicut Capital's Ashvin Chadha said the company had grown steadily while keeping its focus on product quality and unit economics, and Xponentia's PR Srinivasan said it could become a global consumer brand built from India. Ravinder Vashist, co-founder and partner at Roots Ventures, said his firm still believes in the company's growth story despite selling part of its stake.

Revenue and earlier funding

DailyObjects reported net revenue of ₹111 crore (about $11.5m) for the 2025 financial year, according to Inc42. It expects revenue to roughly double to ₹220–230 crore (about $22.7m–$23.8m) in FY26 and to reach ₹400 crore (about $41.3m) in FY27. Those are company projections.

Before this round the company had raised about ₹100 crore (about $10.3m) in equity over a decade. Roots Ventures first invested $2m in February 2022, Inc42 reported, and came back for a $10m round in September 2024 led by 360 One Ventures, which Inc42 describes as the Series B. Lenskart founder Peyush Bansal, Unilazer Ventures and RedBus founder Phani Sama are also existing investors.
